Modalities for participation

Exhibition layout – in development

Minimum 3 sq.m stand costs 50 000 rubles (each additional square meter costs 10000 rubles)

Maximum stand is 12 sq.m. size

The area booking cost includes:

• Wall panels. The number of wall panels depends on the reserved area and the stand location. The size of one wall panel is 2400*964 mm
• Fascia panel with company name
• Showcase, table, chair, spot sconce, Parus stand, waste basket
• Electrical socket 220W – power up to 1 kW
• Pasting the wall panels of the stand with banner. Banner layouts must be provided by the Exhibitor to the Organizer no later than August, 20, 2021 in vector formats in curves (cdr, ai) or in tiff format, resolution 150 dpi, CMYK (local designer’s services are possible. One wall panel costs 1000 rubles)
• Additional equipment (TV panel costs 5000 rubles per day)
• Stand security at night

Rooms renting : for meetings, seminars, master classes ( 2 rooms for 30 and 50 people) costs 10000 rubles per 1 hour

Materials for the participant’s portfolio cost 20000 rubles
